Your support makes our programming possible and supports artists. Over the last quarter, San Francisco Camerawork has provided funding to over 50 artists, hosted over a dozen online events (including workshops, critiques, studio visits, and talks), and welcomed hundreds of people to our digital programs. Your support makes it possible!

A $5,000 donation helps cover the cost of an artist’s exhibition materials.

Help produce a month of online programming.
Though the gallery may be closed, we’re still bringing our communities together. A donation of $2,500 helps cover one month of online programming.
Leader – $1000
Help recognize risk-taking artists.
Our annual Exhibition Award and FORECAST shows celebrate artistic risk-taking. Help us fund artist awards. A donation of $1,000 helps to fund the Exhibition Award or FORECAST award recipients.
Supporter – $500
Help cover the cost of scholarships.
Workshops keep photographers’ skills sharp, but they can be costly, especially for younger artists. We’d like to provide scholarships to workshop attendees. $500 helps cover these costs.
Amazing – $300
Help compensate artists for speaking about their work.
We pay artists when they share their vision in artist talks, panels, and group discussions. Your amazing donation of $300 helps support artists.
Beyond – $100
Help pay teaching artists.
Those who teach workshops and lead critique sessions are also working artists. Your donation of $100 helps compensate photographic teaching artists to pay it forward to emerging photographers.
Essential – $50
Every amount counts! In fact, in many cases it it the smaller gifts that come together and really make a difference in SF Camerawork’s Fund-a-Need appeal
