Below are some frequently asked questions about ordering online
at our bookstore. For personal assistance feel free to call us
during our gallery hours: Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 pm (pacific
time).
How secure is to order online at SF Camerawork?
We guarantee that every transaction you make at SF Camerawork
is 100% secure. You can safely enter your entire credit card number
via our secure cart server, which encrypts all submitted information.
If you prefer you can also submitt your credit card number via
telephone, just call us during our gallery hours (noon - 5 pm, Pacific
Time) at 415.512.2020.
What forms of payment does SF Camerawork accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. Bank. Checks
must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code),
located on the bottom of the check. Please note that payments
made with check slowdown your order somewhat, as we don't send
out your order until we received your check and your funds are
clear.
What about your return policy?
Our return policy is very easy. You get a full refund on any book
you purchased from SF Camerawork in its original condition within
30 days of receipt of order. To return your order, we recomment
for your protection that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for
shipment. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is only charged on orders sent within California. There
are no sales taxes on international orders, but bear in mind that
there might be additional charges from customs clearance of the
addressed country.
What about a Member Discount?
The current Member Ship Discount on all purchased books is 10%.
The Discount will be already given online by our cart server.
We do not offer a discount on magazines.
